The children from 2nd to 6th class are currently using Accelerated Reader, a powerful motivational tool to encourage and develop independent reading. Using information from a computer-based reading test, the children are guided towards reading a range of books which they can both read and comprehend successfully. As an incentive to read, the children work towards an individual points target by passing short online quizzes on books which they have read. Children read independently and take  Accelerated Reader quizzes in school, and are encouraged to continue to read at home.
