Over the past few weeks, Senior Infants had lots of fun making clay pinch pots and planting sunflower seeds! They used their hands to shape the clay into little pots, using clay tools to add detail so that each pot was unique and full of personality.

They also carefully planted sunflower seeds, learning about what plants need to grow. The pots were lined up on the windowsill, and have now been sent home where the children are excited to watch the sunflowers sprout and grow tall!
