Great excitement filled the school over the past week as the boys and girls prepared for a welcome return to Novelty Day in Scoil San Treasa, the theme of which was 'children helping children'.  For the first time in three years, the school hall was a hive of activity as children bought toys, enjoyed delicious buns and cake and participated in some of the fantastic games and challenges designed by 6th class pupils. Well done to all those who helped by donating toys, books, raffle prizes and baked goods. A total of over €6,000 was raised which will be donated to children's charities later in the school year.
