World Book Day
We finished our class novel on World Book Day. It was called The Gold Cross of Killadoo by John Quinn. The novel is historical fiction set in Viking Dublin. We learned lots of new words and wrote summaries of the chapters we read. We also wrote a book review and did character sketches of our favourite character. We did a portrait of the villain “One Eyed Leif”. We throughly enjoyed our class novel and recommend this book to anyone of any age.
