Peace Proms

Scoil San Treasa first took part in the Peace Proms in 2018, and again in 2020, 2022 and 2024. 

Peace Proms is a choral education project for Primary Schools which affords pupils an opportunity to sing with a choir of up to 3,000 children, accompanied by a full symphony orchestra.  The musical programme - which encompasses a variety of musical styles and genres - is tailor-made to be engaging for children and to fulfill important aspects of their musical education. The end performance, due to take place in May, promises to be an inspirational and memorable experience for choirs, parents and audiences alike. 

We wish the boys and girls in Rang a 5 well in their musical endeavours and anticipate that they will derive much benefit and enjoyment as they participate in the Peace Proms programme.
