Pupils in fourth class and in senior infants have enjoyed the Biodiversity Workshops with our visiting expert from the Heritage in Schools scheme.  Their work to date this year has included learning about the flora and fauna around our school and weeding and planting in our raised beds.  We look forward to harvesting lots of of vegetables later in the school year.  The alliums that the children planted should make a lovely display also.

Well done to all the boys and girls who worked hard on this project and who showed such enthusiasm and interest!
