There is great work and activity in the Junior and Senior Infant classrooms, as the pupils are beginning to read independently, and develop their literacy skills. They are very busy engaging with Aistear, implementing their numeracy, literacy and social skills in a more meaningful way through the use of role play, games and real-life situations. Aistear is the early childhood curriculum framework for all children from birth to six years.
