16 pupils from 3rd – 6th classes represented the school in a chess tournament in St. Laurence’s School on 5th March. The pupils played 6 matches in total, 5th and 6th class played in a ‘masters’ competition, and 3rd and 4th class played budding masters competition [buds]. The competition was a fun and friendly meet and greet non-competitive chess tournament to practise chess.
