The harvesting of our school garden has begun in earnest recently. 6th class harvested their crop of garlic and onions which was planted in the autumn. They helped to prepare a simple, yet delicious dish of freshly baked bread topped with roasted onions and garlic. They will now go on to plant corn which will grow over the summer.
