We had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day! The day was filled with a wonderful focus on reading, with students taking part in mixed quizzes in the hall, a Book Report Competition, and many other book-themed activities. A special highlight was the paired reading between Fourth Class and Senior Infants, where the older students shared stories with their younger reading partners. It was wonderful to see the classes enjoying books together.

There was great excitement throughout the school as students shared their favourite stories and tested their knowledge of books and authors. With plenty of enthusiasm, friendly competition, and some exciting prizes for our winners, it was a brilliant day that was enjoyed by everyone.
