Science Week 2026

Science Week takes place from 8th to 15th November 2026, and this year's theme is:

Water: From Molecule to Ocean

This year, we are exploring the wonderful world of water and why it is so important and how we can protect it.

To link home and school activities during Science Week, children are invited to take part in a fun Science Challenge.

Junior Challenge: Rescue the Boat!

Senior Challenge: Save the Sea Creatures!

Children are encouraged to be creative, investigate different materials and test their designs.

Projects can be brought into school and left on the table labelled Science in the foyer, or shared through Google Classroom. Please include a short explanation of how you made your project and what you discovered.

Participation in this challenge is optional.
